After crushing the slag material the magnetic iron can be easily extracted from the slag. Secondary material can be grinded in fine fractions and used by cement industry or soil improvement.


IBA (Waste Incinerator Bottom Slag)
Our high speed twin rotor VSI (vertical shaft impactor) is proven to be very efficient in crushing IBA with low OPEX. High impact speed liberates precious metals efficiently from residue.


Advanced magnetic separators for iron
Our magnetic separator is typically 2000–3000mm wide to ensure thin material layer and huge tons per hour capacity with efficient separation. Fine tuning of magnetic separator extract even the iron oxides.
